Clean and comfortable. Rosa was amazing and very accommodating at our checkout! The location is perfect where it’s walking distance to restaurants and also a short drive to many others. The suite was so comfy and roomy. The breakfast was hot and yummy - the biscuits and gravy were perfect!

They had great amenities, complimentary drinks, a pool, grills available, a nice clean pool, fire pit area, gym and snack selection. The rooms were spotless, had everything a family could need and were comfortable. The staff were more than helpful , had great information and helped so much. Rosa who checked us in was particularly great. The location is perfect and close to everything. Breakfast had a great selection and despite being busy there was plenty of room and they did not run low on anything.

As soon as we walked into hotel it smelled so good and everything was like new. Easy checkin and checkout and checkout was later than most hotels , it was 12:00. Room was very big around 475 square feet. Everything looked new , it had small kitchen with a regular refrigerator. It had sofa bed, computer desk with chair, 2 queen beds, ottoman, 2 dresser’s and each had 3 drawers and 3 big shelves. Had a big shelf across a wall to put your stuff on also . Had a closet to hang clothes on and put suitcases in. We had daily room cleaning which included: made are beds, put clean towels out , took out our garbage. Only thing I didn’t like was the sliding barn door going into bathroom. It had cracks where someone in room could see whoever was in bathroom when passing by . The kids loved the heated pool , it was kind of small but the water was warm. Employees were nice and helpful. I wish breakfast lasted a little later . It was from 6-9 am . It had waffles, toast, boiled eggs, omelets, cereal, bananas, muffins, bagels, gravy with biscuits, yogurt,grits , toppings like jelly, nuts, chocolate chips, nuts, peanut butter , etc, and a few other items . Had milk, orange juice, apple juice and another juice. Had coffee, water and hot chocolate out all day . Had workout room and washers and dryers for people to use . I think they were around $2 and dryer had timer for a hour to use it. Had food and drink items to buy beside front desk. Had a lot of places to eat at nearby and also Walmart and Target nearby. Lots of eating and shopping places nearby . Took around 25 minutes to get to Cincinnati Zoo.

First impressions are priceless. We were welcomed by kind, thoughtful staff. Rose and Jodi, I believe are their names. They made us feel like VIP’s.! We really appreciated all the information they shared. We loved our room! And because I’m asthmatic, we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and halls.

We loved our stay! Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and my kiddos loved the pool. We were only there one evening but will be booking Hilton2 Suites again. Thank you!
